ABECADŁO OBIEKTÓW HANDLOWYCH I RAPORT ESG EFEKTEM WSPÓŁPRACY PRCH I ESPT

Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych dzięki wsparciu finansowemu European Shopping Places Trust przygotowuje dwa duże projekty. Już we wrześniu 2023 r. młodzi profesjonaliści branży centrów handlowych będą mogli uczestniczyć w bezpłatnym cyklu webinariów „Abecadło obiektów handlowych”. W 2023 r. opublikowany zostanie również kompleksowy raport dotyczący sfery ESG w nieruchomościach handlowych. Realizacja obu projektów jest możliwa dzięki wsparciu jakie PRCH otrzymała od European Shopping Places Trust.

Już we wrześniu 2023 r. Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych przeprowadzi cykl webinariów „Abecadło obiektów handlowych”. Jest on skierowany do młodych specjalistów rozpoczynających swoją drogę zawodową, nowych pracowników w branży, przedstawicieli najemców obiektów handlowych, podwykonawców oraz studentów. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną trzy webinaria pozwalające na zbudowanie przekrojowej wiedzy na temat działalności obiektów handlowych. Począwszy od strony rynkowej – aktualnego obrazu branży, poprzez aspekty prawne, na aspektach technicznych kończąc. Podczas spotkań eksperci przybliżą uczestnikom kluczowe pojęcia i procesy. Kolejnym efektem współpracy PRCH i ESPT będzie kompleksowa i przekrojowa publikacja dotyczącą zagadnień ESG w nieruchomościach komercyjnych, w tym obiektach handlowych. To pierwszy w Polsce raport, w którym eksperci przedstawią główne wyzwania, stan przygotowań do nowych regulacji oraz perspektywy na przyszłość. Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych przygotowuje go wspólnie z Polską Izbą Nieruchomości Komercyjnych. Publikacja raportu planowana jest na ostatni kwartał 2023 r.

RETAIL ASSETS PRIMER AND ESG REPORT RESULTING FROM PRCH AND ESPT COLLABORATION

The Polish Council of Shopping Centres, thanks to the financial support of the European Shopping Places Trust, is working on two major projects. As early as September 2023, young professionals in the shopping centre industry will be able to participate in a free webinar series “Retail Assets Primer”. A comprehensive report on the ESG sphere in retail properties will also be published in 2023. Both projects are made possible by the support PRCH has received from the European Shopping Places Trust.

“Thanks to our partnership with the European Shopping Places Trust, we can offer our members very valuable training and materials. Educating young professionals, at the threshold of their career, is a key investment in the proper development of any business, and now our members will gain additional professional tools. Equally important is the issue of ESG, so responding to the needs of the industry, we are preparing the first comprehensive report in Poland discussing the main challenges for commercial real estate, the status of preparations for new regulations and the outlook for the future. As early as September 2023, the Polish Council of Shopping Centres will hold a series of webinars entitled “Retail Asset Primer”. It is aimed at young professionals starting their career path, new employees in the industry, representatives of retail tenants, subcontractors and students. The project will include three webinars to build a cross-sectional knowledge of retail asset operations. These will range from the market side and the current image of the industry, to legal aspects, to technical aspects. During the meetings, experts will introduce participants to key concepts and processes. Another outcome of the collaboration between PRCH and ESPT will be a comprehensive and cross-cutting publication on ESG issues in commercial real estate, including retail property. This will be the first report in Poland in which experts will present the main challenges, the state of preparation for the new regulations and the prospects for the future. It is being prepared by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres together with the Polish Commercial Real Estate Chamber (PINK). The report is scheduled for publication in the last quarter of 2023.
