ECC Real Estate, is part of the ECC Group. It has offices in six countries, with its regional headquarters for Europe in Warsaw – Poland. The ECC Group has been operating successfully on the real estate market in Central Europe since 1989, specializing in retail, offices, and mixed-use projects. The Promenada Shopping and Entertainment Mall (58,000 GLA) in Warsaw, Poland, which was completed in three phases between 1996 and 2005, remains the ECC flagship. At present, ECC is focusing its activities not only on Central Europe where it plans the opening of Nowa Stacja – new shopping mall in Pruszkow in fall 2016, but also on Southeast Asia. In October 2013, ECC opened the 68.000 m2 of GLA Promenada Resort Mall in Chiang Mai – Thailand as its first Asia retail project and is currently working on 2 new retail developments in Thailand and Vietnam. The newest ECC project in Poland is Nowa Stacja in Pruszkow. The shopping mall (25,000 GLA) will have a wide offer of shops as also a relax zone, including i.a. cinema, fitness club or a seasonal ice rink. The project has been positively recognized, mainly because of its location and a concept responding to the city habitants needs. With qualified staff in our regional offices and the assistance of external local experts, ECC is able to thoroughly research all of its investment projects, enabling it to achieve the optimum risk/return tradeoff.
